Board of Trustees
SCYDA is operated by a board of trustees. Each board member is selected based on their passion for helping children with diabetes and has a personal connection to childhood diabetes that makes their involvement in SCYDA logical and fulfilling. Each board member has agreed to provide fiduciary and operational oversight of all of the projects supported by SCYDA. Our overarching goal is to support projects that are driven entirely by the medical needs of children with diabetes and to do this while maintaining financial and operational transparency.
We feel all expressions of goodwill to our cause should be recognized and reciprocated.
We value the sense of community created when like-minded individuals work together to help others.
We value financial transparency and recognize the fiduciary responsibility we have to all members of SCYDA.
We strive to create partnerships that are beneficial to all involved.
